It’s a big night under the lights at St Andrew’s as Blues Women welcome Liverpool in the Subway Players Cup.

After a frustrating 2-0 defeat away to Everton in our opening cup game, Birmingham will be looking to put that right in front of the B9 crowd. Sunday’s 3-3 draw with Crystal Palace showed plenty of fight and attacking threat, and we’ll need plenty more of that against a strong Liverpool side.

This is exactly the sort of game where home support can make a difference. Liverpool will come to Birmingham expecting to take control, but the Blues have nothing to fear if they play with the energy, intensity and belief we know they’re capable of.

A big performance, a loud St Andrew’s and hopefully three points on the board. Come on, Blues! 💙
